Dippy is open source software that provides an interface between a Python-based mathematical modelling language <a href="https://www.coin-or.org/projects/PuLP.xml" target=_blank">PuLP</a> and an advanced mixed-integer linear programming framework <a href="https://www.coin-or.org/projects/Dip.xml" target=_blank">DIP</a>.
